This is the OEM fitler that Ford uses in there Torqshift transmission. The Motorcraft Ft-145 and Ford OEM fitler for the Torqshift transmission is made by NTZ. The only difference between this filter and the FT-145 is the NTZ filter comes with the O-ring for the filter housing.
