Allison 29539579 red to black temporarily.
Due to current industry supply constraints, a black paint will temporarily be used in substitution of the standard red paid used to coat the external shell of the filter. The change will remain in place until the standard red paint becomes available. White text lettering, markings, and part number will remain the same.
Genuine Allision spin-on filters with external black paint exhibiting the Allision part number(29539579) and logo shown in figure 1 are completely backwards compatiable and retain the same form ,fit, and function as the standard red spin-on filters.
