I'm a new customer and I think I'm gonna like it ! The guy who took my order for my truck didn't talk down to me just because I was a girl... I do work on my own truck with some help from a friend of mine so I know a lot about the underneath of a car/truck because my dad had race cars when I was growing up which lead to my working on my own cars when I got older however like everything else engines have changed drasticly since the early 80's and while I still understand the principals I am lost at all the new gagitts with vacuum this at sensor that... so while I was ordering my parts I was very glad the the customer service guy could understand what I was asking for even though I wasn't calling the parts by their proper name... great company and great customer service. Oh and he was very knowledgeable as well ! He knew that after about 100,000 miles the f350's water cap sensor something that has to do with fuel filter changing cracks on the top and in Ohio where there's the extreme of got and cold this seems to accelerate this process...
