Fits some 2.0 engines too

This well made and affordable filter fit my 2001 Saab 9-3 2.0 SE Convertible. It seems that our cars can have two different air boxes (the box that houses the filter). This filter is more often cross-referenced to the 2.3L Viggen model, but fits other 9-3's as well. Unfortunately, the only way to tell for sure is remove and measure the old one. This filter is very close to 6 x 12 inches. To remove the old filter, use a #25 Torx driver to remove 4 screws and flip the one latch. Take the breather hose off the small end. Unhook the purge valve from it's rubber mount on the breather box and you can lift it away. Hope this helps someone!
