Good Product, would recommend

I have used this filter in my 2002 M3 a couple times and have had no issues. I change my oil much more frequently because I track my car so I've never left a filter in longer than 4,000 miles. I recommend changing filter and oil much more often than BMW says you need too. Every 5,000 miles minimum.

Same as OEM

I use this filter since it is a cheaper alternative than the OEM you would get at the dealer. I visited the local BMW performance shop and they also use MANN products (fuel filter, oil filter, air filter, cabin) as well on their personal cars. So if they are ok using them I dont see why I cant as well.
