Just like Mopar

On my 2012 Ram 3500 6.7 Cummins I had the dealer install a Mopar Factory HD Fikter Kit just after I purchased the vehicle new as a primary pre-filter for the engine filter. The key to diesel life is the cleanliness of the fuel. The Mopar filters are almost impossible to obtain (03/2016) but I found these filters do to a TDR forum. The Mopar filters run about $50 each or more when you can find them. I paid around $20 for each of these filters.
This filter looks identical to the Mopar filters including the water sensor position on the bottom of the filter. The factory plastic protective plug on the bottom is also indistinguishable for the one that comes with the Mopar.

I am glad I found these. I like to have at least two extra filters on hand, at this price I will have now qualms about replacing the filter even more frequently than in the past.
